Hi, I’m Heather — the heart behind Mystic Hooves Healing. My journey to this space has been anything but ordinary. It’s been a path of transformation, self-discovery, and deep healing, guided by faith, courage, and a powerful connection to animals — especially horses.

For a long time, I put everyone else first. Like many women, I wore the mask of being “fine” while silently carrying the weight of stress, burnout, and emotional exhaustion. But I reached a point where I knew something had to change. I was being called to something more — something sacred.

So, I started doing the work. I healed my body through movement and nutrition, gave up alcohol, leaned into my spiritual practices, and became a certified Reiki practitioner. With each step, I came home to myself.

But it wasn’t until I combined Reiki with the healing energy of horses that everything truly clicked. My horse, Digs — my soulmate in animal form — has been my anchor and my mirror. His calm, intuitive presence helps others heal in a way that words simply can’t.

That’s why I created Mystic Hooves Healing — a sanctuary for the soul. A place where women can reconnect with their truth, release the heavy energy they’ve been carrying, and remember who they truly are.

Today, I offer in-person Reiki, horse-assisted Reiki, virtual sessions, and soon, an online course designed to support women on their healing journeys. I also run a beautiful private community where women can grow together, and I work with children with special needs in the school system — blending love, patience, and energy work into everything I do.

My mission is simple: to hold space for others the way I once needed someone to hold space for me. If you’re feeling the pull to heal, I’m here. Let’s walk this path together — one soul-shift at a time.
