Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Please Read Before Scheduling Whether you are booking a regular Reiki session or a horse-assisted Reiki session, a nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your spot. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your session, with the remaining balance due at the time of your appointment. You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be carried over to your new appointment. Cancellations or no-shows without proper notice will result in the loss of your deposit. I understand that family emergencies and unexpected life moments can arise—for both of us. In those cases, please reach out, and we’ll find a compassionate and fair path forward together.
